# 2- Utilisation

Grâce à notre module Lots d'images (Import pictures) vous aurez la possibilité d'ajouter de manière rapide des lots d'images à vos produits en une seule fois :  
En réalisant un import sur la base d'un fichier (csv ou excel) - méthode 1  
Ou via la création de lots d'images pour un produit donné - méthode 2  
  
Simple d'utilisation, vous permettant d’ajouter des liens URL, des photos venant de vos fichiers locaux (provenant de votre ordinateur) ou bien des images se trouvant déjà dans votre arborescence manuelle du Module "Documents" (module natif de votre Dolibarr) ; tout cela dans un seul formulaire.  
  
Vous avez également la possibilité le cas échéant de réaliser un import de vos images via un fichier d'import simple à réaliser. Pratique si vous souhaitez intégrer des images sur un nombre important de produits.

# 2.1- Importer par fichier des images produits

#### **<span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">2.1.1- Introduction</span>**

<span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Il est possible de réaliser facilement un import de lot d'images pour intégrer des images sur un nombre important de produits, via un fichier csv ou excel.  
</span>

#### **<span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">2.1.2- L'import</span>**

- <span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Depuis le menu du haut de votre Dolibarr cliquer sur le module </span><span style="color: rgb(24, 139, 175);">**Outils**</span>
- <span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Puis cliquer sur nouvel import sur le menu de gauche dans Assistant import

<span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(186, 55, 42);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Pour insérer <span style="color: rgb(24, 139, 175);">**le produit**</span> (fk\_product), vous pouvez : </span></span></span>

- <span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(186, 55, 42);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Indiquer la ref. du produit (ref. dolibarr) ; </span></span></span>
- <span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(186, 55, 42);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">ou, si votre ref. est uniquement numérique, indiquer ref:123123 (où 123123 est la référence numérique de votre produit. Si vous n'indiquez pas ref: avant votre référence, Dolibarr va considérer que le nombre que vous importez est un ID de produit, pas une référence) ;</span></span></span>
- <span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(186, 55, 42);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Sinon vous pouvez rajouter le produit après l'import en modifiant la fiche *(ce qui n'est pas du tout pratique si vous importez beaucoup de lignes)*.

# 2.2- Créer un nouveau lot d'images produits

#### **<span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">2.2.1- Introduction</span>**  


<span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">La deuxième méthode pour ajouter en masse des images à vos produits (la première étant l'import vu au chapitre précédent), est de passer par le menu "Lot d'images" et d'utiliser le formulaire pour créer un objet "lot d'image" dans votre dolibarr. Cet objet "lot d'image" sera relié à un produit, et les images que vous aurez choisies seront importées sur ce produit.   
C'est donc une méthode plus manuelle que l'import - on traite ici un seul produit à la fois - mais plus rapide que d'ajouter les images une par une sur la fiche produit, puisque l'on peut en importer plusieurs d'un seul coup. De plus, vous pouvez très rapidement créer un nouveau lot d'image pour un autre produit, sans avoir à faire une recherche pour le trouver, puis changer d'onglet pour accéder aux fichiers joints.  
</span>

<span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Grâce à notre module Lots d'images (Import pictures) vous avez la possibilité d'ajouter de manière rapide plusieurs images à vos produits via une des trois méthodes simples, réunies dans un seul formulaire.  
</span>

- <span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">via des liens URLS - donc une adresse web où aller chercher l'image  
    </span>
- <span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">des images se trouvant dans vos fichiers locaux - donc ajout d'images enregistrées sur votre ordinateur</span>
- <span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">des images ayant été auparavant téléversées dans votre arborescence manuelle du module "Documents" de votre Dolibarr (documents, ou GED, est un module natif de Dolibarr, il est donc déjà présent sur votre installation).  
    </span>

#### <span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">**2.2.2- Accéder à la création**</span>

<span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Dans le menu principal, cliquez sur le menu "Lot d'images".

Voir le chapitre suivant pour les détails de cette opération.</span>

Ici, les dossiers serveurs de votre Dolibarr vont s'afficher. Allez dans le dossier <span style="color: rgb(24, 139, 175);">**importpictures** <span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">où vous avez préalablement mis vos images produits </span></span>et sélectionnez <span style="color: rgb(24, 139, 175);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">l'image ou les images souhaitée(s)</span></span></span>**<span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">.</span>**</span></span>

##### <span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">2.2.3.2- Téléverser des images sur le serveur depuis le module documents (GED/ECM de Dolibarr)</span>

<span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Pour accéder aux Documents téléversés : d</span><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">epuis le menu du haut de votre Dolibarr, cliquer sur <span style="color: rgb(24, 139, 175);">**Documents**</span>.</span>

<span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Le module Documents (GED) de dolibarr doit être activé. N'oubliez pas de donner aux personnes concernées les droits correspondants à l'utilisation de ce module.  
</span>

<span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Une fois que vous aurez activé le modules Documents/GED, dans l'<span style="color: rgb(24, 139, 175);">**arborescence manuelle<span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">,</span>**</span> vous retrouvez le dossier <span style="color: rgb(24, 139, 175);">**importpictures** </span>qui se crée à l'activation du module Import pictures. C'est dans ce dossier que vous pouvez mettre de préférence vos images.</span>

<span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">**<span style="color: rgb(24, 139, 175);">Attention </span>**la première fois, vous devriez cliquer sur le bouton de rafraîchissement </span>[![image.png](https://doc.altairis.fr/uploads/images/gallery/2024-01/scaled-1680-/image.png) ](https://doc.altairis.fr/uploads/images/gallery/2024-01/image.png)<span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">pour resynchroniser le dossier sur le serveur. Ceci sera explicitement écrit sur votre page.</span>

<span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Vous pouvez également aussi créer d'autres dossiers et sous dossiers dans cette arborescence, qui seront visibles dans l'ajout des images à la création d'un nouveau lot d'images produits.</span>

#### **<span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">2.2.4- Pour finir la création</span>**

<span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">**<span style="color: rgb(24, 139, 175);">1.</span>** </span><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Cliquer sur le bouton <span style="color: rgb(24, 139, 175);">**créer<span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">.   
</span>**</span></span><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Le lot d'images produits est créé et il est au **<span style="color: rgb(24, 139, 175);">statut brouillon</span>**, cela veut dire que pour le moment les images n'apparaissent pas encore sur le produit.</span>

<span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">**<span style="color: rgb(24, 139, 175);">2.</span>** Il vous faut le **valider** pour que cela apparaisse sur le produit : cliquer sur <span style="color: rgb(24, 139, 175);">**valider**</span>.</span>

##### <span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">2.2.4.1- Taille du fichier trop volumineuse</span>

<span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Il se peut que l'image soit trop volumineuse pour être chargée. Dans se cas un message d'erreur apparaît pour vous l'indiquer.

<span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">**A**ccueil &gt; **C**onfiguration &gt; **S**écurité &gt; **F**ichiers (Envoyer fichier) &gt; Augmenter la taille maximum des fichiers envoyés</span>

##### **<span style="color: rgb(24, 139, 175);">Attention</span>**

<span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Il y a une taille limitée pour l’envoi des fichiers se trouvant dans votre configuration PHP, elle est par défaut à 2048 ko.</span>

<span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Vous pouvez donc augmenter la taille des fichiers jusqu'à 2048 ko maximum. Si vous souhaitez l'augmenter plus il vous faudra modifier la configuration de votre PHP.</span>

# 2.3- La liste et suppression en masse des lots d'images produits

#### <span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">**2.3.1- Pour accéder à la liste** </span>

<span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Depuis le menu du haut de votre Dolibarr en cliquant sur le module Import pictures (Lots d'images), la liste s'affichera automatiquement.  
</span>

<span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Une fois la liste affichée vous retrouvez les éléments suivants :

- <span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">la référence du lot (une fois créé)</span>
- <span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">le libellé (que vous donnerez au lot d'images) - ce champ peut être vide  
    </span>
- <span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">le produit (auquel est lié le lot d'images)</span>
- <span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">la liste des urls ou des photos téléversées</span>
- <span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">l'état du lot (actif ou brouillon)</span>

#### <span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">**2.3.3- Suppression de masse sur la liste**</span>

<span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Il est possible de faire une suppression de masse des éléments de la liste.  
</span>

<span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Pour cela vous devez cocher le ou les lots d'images que vous souhaitez supprimer définitivement en suivant les étapes ci-après.</span>

##### <span style="color: rgb(24, 139, 175);">Étape 1</span>

<span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Sectionner le ou les lots d'images sur votre droite en cochant la case sur chacune des lignes concernées (1). Une boîte de dialogue va s'afficher au centre de la page et au dessus de la liste (2).</span>

# 2.4- Modification d'un lot d'images produits

<span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Pour modifier un lot d'images produits, vous devez aller sur le lot via la liste des lots d’images produits et cliquer sur </span><span style="color: rgb(24, 139, 175);">**retour en brouillon**</span>.

<span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Cliquez sur </span><span style="color: rgb(24, 139, 175);">**modifier**</span>.

<span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Effectuez les modifications, </span><span style="color: rgb(24, 139, 175);">**enregistrer** </span><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">et </span>**<span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">n'oubliez pas de cliquer sur </span><span style="color: rgb(24, 139, 175);">valider</span>**<span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"> pour rendre actif et donc visibles l'image ou les images sur le produit concerné.</span>

# 2.5- Suppression du lot d'images produits

<span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">En statut</span> **<span style="color: rgb(24, 139, 175);">brouillon<span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"> </span></span>**<span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">ou</span> <span style="color: rgb(24, 139, 175);">**actif**<span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">, </span></span><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">il est possible de supprimer le lot directement depuis la fiche.</span>

<span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Pour cela :</span>

- <span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Cliquez sur le bouton </span>**<span style="color: rgb(24, 139, 175);">supprimer</span>**<span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">.</span>
- <span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Une boîte de dialogue s'affiche pour **<span style="color: rgb(24, 139, 175);">confirmer la suppression</span>**.</span>
- <span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Vous serez redirigé sur la liste après la suppression</span>

# 2.6- Cloner un lot d'images produits

<span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Il est possible depuis la fiche d'un lots d'images de cloner un lot, **il sera alors cloné à l'identique**.</span>

</span>

- <span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Cliquer sur le bouton </span><span style="color: rgb(24, 139, 175);">**cloner**</span>
- <span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Une boîte de dialogue s'affiche pour </span>**<span style="color: rgb(24, 139, 175);">confirmer le clonage</span>**.
- <span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">La fiche clonée s'affichera automatiquement</span>
